Persico takes over a US mould maker and reorganizes Persico Rotomoulding USA

A manufacturer of rotomolding tools based in Bergamo, Persico announced the takeover of Precision Mold Services. Founded in 1999 in Blaine, Minnesota, the US company is a rotomolding mold maker with capabilities in both CNC mold manufacturing and mold revisions/maintenance/repairs. Following the takeover, Precision Mold Services will change its name to Persico Rotomolding USA.

The current equipment and employees of Persico Rotomolding USA based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, will move to Minnesota to merge all synergies into a single plant, combining the technical expertise and capabilities of both companies. The existing Persico plants in Michigan (Rochester Hills and Shelby Township, Michigan) will continue their operations focused on the automotive industry.
