The manufacturer of technical solutions in rubber, silicone, and plastic, Oldrarti Group, has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality in the workplace. This certification, valid for three years and subject to annual audits, attests to the company’s commitment to promoting an inclusive and equitable working environment for all its employees. It serves as an official confirmation of the policies and practices implemented by the group to ensure equal opportunities for all workers, regardless of gender. The journey towards this achievement reflects Oldrati's ongoing commitment to enhancing and building a corporate culture that respects diversity.

Among the initiatives undertaken as part of the overarching “Values in Action” project, aimed at enhancing human capital, the following stand out: the installation of informative panels in production areas and offices across various company facilities to raise awareness on the themes of inclusion and diversity; dedicated campaigns to support parenthood, with the aim of offering resources and assistance to employees who are also parents; targeted training sessions on sustainability, both environmental and social; and the adoption of the “Oldrati Ten Principles,” a guide of ten points to promote virtuous behaviours within the company based on values of respect, inclusion, and collaboration, shared with all employees as part of the commitment to creating a harmonious and supportive workplace.

Since December 2023, the group has also activated a “whistleblowing channel” through which employees and stakeholders can report incidents of discrimination related to gender, sexual orientation, political and union opinions, ethnicity, nationality, age, disability, or any other type experienced directly or observed within the work environment. Concurrently, an internal survey among employees was conducted to gather useful information for planning future initiatives in line with corporate values. To strengthen responsible and inclusive governance, Oldrati has also established a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Committee, composed equally of men and women, tasked with proposing and implementing social responsibility projects and monitoring progress towards greater inclusion; this committee is also responsible for assessing stakeholder concerns, proposing and implementing social responsibility initiatives, and monitoring the KPIs related to inclusion.

“This achievement fills us with pride and represents an important step in our commitment to creating a workplace based on inclusion and equality. The Gender Equality Certification is not just a milestone but a starting point to continue improving and evolving as a Group. We want to ensure that everyone, regardless of their role or gender, feels valued and respected within Oldrati. This recognition motivates us to keep moving forward, ensuring that our Group becomes a model of excellence in the field of inclusion and equity,” stated Paolo Chiocca, Director of Human Capital and CSR at Oldrati.
