AlphaMAC joins the IMA Group

The rapid development of the activities of AlphaMAC, a company born in Bologna in 2019, led to the strategic acquisition by IMA. Finalized on November 6, 2020 and focused on consolidation and technological growth that expands the IMA solutions portfolio, it introduces the Group to the rigid packaging for fluids segment.

AlphaMAC is a young company that encompasses the ten-year experience of people working in the field of extrusion blow molding, the company's core business, but also the contribution of people belonging to different production fields. This has made it possible to develop the business to offer complete production lines, to focus on the development of solutions to address new market challenges, respond to the needs of the circular economy and Industry 4.0.
