Tracer 200X can be equipped with Integrated routing and knives cutting GIS-2. Routing technology and knives technology, electrically or pneumatically operated, in a single solution.

2 possible configurations, up to 2 cutting units available in the machine without tool changes.

Free configuration of cutting units with plug-and-play mode, using electric, pneumatic, and fixed/idle blade units simultaneously.

Faster cycle times thanks the shorter engaging time in the work area in relation with the multi-spindle solutions with tool changer.

2 working modes: system driven by Maestro “overcut compensation” or driven by the Optiscout software and camera for the optic recognizing of the markers.
