Bucci Composites to produce automotive components using Syensqo’s DDF technology

Syensqo announced a partnership with Bucci Composites, an Italian leader in the design and manufacture of structural composite parts, including a license for Syensqo’s Double Diaphragm Forming (DDF) technology. The collaboration aims to advance automotive composite manufacturing and to jointly qualify innovative material solutions with key OEMs.

DDF is Syensqo’s advanced composite forming technology, enabling a highly automated, single-step process that delivers high-quality, repeatable parts with significantly reduced cycle times. The technology helps reduce total cost of ownership by simplifying logistics, improving part accuracy, and optimizing capital investment through integration with existing manufacturing infrastructure. Building on decades of collaboration between the two companies, Bucci Composites now combines its expertise in composite manufacturing with DDF technology to qualify Syensqo’s innovative resin systems tailored for automotive applications.
