Understanding and using innovation

Invention, development, innovation and quality are four concepts that have proved the focus of the solutions adopted by Exact Attrezzature Meccaniche over the past forty years, at the service of the plastics industry. The company, based in Ciserano-Zingonia (Bergamo, Italy), has an authentic Italian family history behind it, and the company know-how has been evolving year by year in the field of applied mechanical research. For Exact, research also signifies a daily study of all the latest innovations developed all over the world, in order to identify the best solution to keep one step ahead of competitors. However priority is also given to assuring that novelty and evolution are easily understood and absorbed into the daily operations of each company.

On the basis of this, the company has decided to create a new in-house test room, in which clients can actually test novelties and relative applications. So that in this area it will be possible to use each of the recovery systems of the Exact range in order to test the various types of material: from the more recent E-60 extruder (shown in the photo) using heat technology and suited to the recovery of the thermoplastic film trim, made using blends of LDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE, HDPE, EVA, and of barrier film made of coPA and EVOH - to the R6/Gold, Evolution, Cyklop 20 and Cyklop 30 regrinders using cold technology - for scrap compacting and the immediate re-use of the granulate obtained using an AF  worm screw, which has always been one of the company's key products.
