CMG granulators at the Plastec West show

At the Plastec West 2023 fair, to be held in Anaheim, California, from 7 to 9 February 2023, CMG Granulators will be exhibiting the G17 and G26 granulators at the booth of distributor Una-Dyn.

The G17 granulators stand out for their high precision and innovative features that combine to ensure high productivity and regrind quality (dimensional homogeneity of the regrind particles and absence of dust), operating efficiency and application flexibility. In their standard configuration the G17 granulators are applicable to processes of injection moulding and blow moulding. In the ET1 or ET2 configuration, they are suitable for extrusion applications. Their granulation capacity ranges from 5 kg/h to 90 kg/h.

The G26 granulators are likewise suitable for application in injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion processes. This series includes three models, the G26-30, G26-45 and G26-60 featuring integral sound enclosure and a very innovative feed hopper design to accommodate the widest variety of shapes and dimensions for the parts to grind. All models operate in high-efficiency conditions, are all equipped with Eisa premium-efficiency motors and can have AMP controls (Adaptive Motor Power). The standard configurations of the new series cover capacities starting from 50 kg/h all the way up to 300 kg/h with energy requirement of 20 Wh/kg against over 40 Wh/kg of conventional solutions.
