Sipa unveils the Echo mobile app for both Android and iOS devices. The new app brings the features of the web version of the Echo platform directly to mobile devices, making it easier to stay connected with the production department and the customers.

Echo is a digital ecosystem designed by Sipa to connect people, businesses, and resources in an interactive environment based on total skill sharing. The company’s journey towards more intelligent productivity is guided by three core principles: transparency, accessibility, and usability of information. Echo provides a comprehensive suite of services and a unique communication channel that allows the user to monitor and control the performance of plants and B2B after-sale processes. Thanks to Echo, the user can leverage the latest digital technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce management costs, creating a true partnership with Sipa based on total sharing of skills.

Echo grants access to information on the user’s entire fleet of Sipa machines anytime, anywhere. It serves as a central hub for data collection, easily accessible and interactive, designed to optimize efficiency across the manufacturing process. Echo ensures comprehensive control over performance, with opportunities to streamline processes and improve communication.

This app makes it possible to: easily view the installed base, keeping track of all Sipa machines; stay updated on technical upgrades by obtaining the latest updates and enhancements; access production data and alarms, as a result monitoring production data and alarm statistics; check offers, orders, and shipments in order to stay informed about the status of transactions; browse manuals and documentation such as technical manuals and documentation; order spare parts online.

In addition, Echo is available free for one year on all new machines. The users of existing machines can purchase Echo by signing a Teleservice contract extension via their local Sipa branch office.
