Ripress expands its range of injection moulding presses

Innovation, service quality and customer focus, avoiding both specialisation in premium sectors alone and the route of imported low-cost products. These are the founding principles on which Ripress has always based its growth strategy and which are also reflected in the two new lines of injection moulding presses that the company is presenting at Plast 2026, to stand alongside the established HES and Flower series.

The two-platen 2P series, with a clamping force of 450 tonnes, features electric clamping and injection units that can be configured according to requirements, to ensure maximum flexibility. The hybrid HES2 series, with clamping force starting from 130 tonnes, stands out for the consumption levels of an electric press and the versatility of a servo-hydraulic machine. This series is in fact equipped with independent electric clamping and a servo-hydraulic system for injection, core pulls, holding pressure and ejector. Plasticisation can be hydraulically or electrically driven, depending on the performance required. The new series also features a new aesthetic design and one of the most advantageous quality/price ratios in its category. The machines are equipped as standard with industrial PC control and an Industry 4.0 package with virtual MES.
