Haitian at Chinaplas with solutions to raise the level of injection moulding

Under the motto “Level Up! Your Advantage”, Haitian International presents at Chinaplas 2026 solutions for the next level of intelligent manufacturing. The focus is on machine performance, digital connectivity, and synergies within the Haitian Group. The exhibit showcases developments across the entire manufacturing process – from standalone machines and connected production cells to integrated system solutions. In doing so, Haitian International highlights its evolution from a machine builder to a provider of intelligent manufacturing solutions.

At the center of the trade show presentation is the official introduction of the MA1600V/570Ultra from Haitian Plastics Machinery. As a new Ultra version of the fifth machine generation, it expands the MA5 platform specifically toward higher precision, greater stability, improved energy efficiency, and intelligent process support. At the booth, the machine will produce fan components for the home appliance industry in a multi-cavity insert molding application. This application stands for high process stability, consistent part quality, and sound process design even under demanding processing conditions.

For the automotive sector, Haitian Plastics Machinery presents an application on a JU5500V/3450 for the production of microcellular foamed motor hoods. The process used is physical foam injection molding with micro-opening for low read-through surfaces. This application demonstrates stability and long-term reliability in the processing of large structural parts while also highlighting the close integration of process technology, automation, and data connectivity.

For the drone industry, an electric production cell featuring a ZE1900VM-210hu-V80hs from Zhafir Plastics Machinery and a MDVR75S8500N-i2.0 from Niigata Plastics Machinery are on display. The solution enables the integrated assembly of rotor blades and blade clamps and stands for high output, high repeatability, and reduced labour to unmanned operation. In this way, Haitian International’s expertise in precision injection molding, electric drive technology, and integrated automation – up to smart, unmanned manufacturing – becomes clearly visible.

X-Injection is a new-generation AI solution purpose-built for injection molding scenarios, tackling three recurring challenges: shortage of skilled technicians, limited transparency into production deviations, and inefficient machine setup and optimization. Leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and a native edge-to-machine coupling architecture, this “external AI brain” enables the practical implementation of AI in injection molding on a global scale.

As part of the synergies within the Haitian Group, Haitian International and Haitian Education demonstrate how machine technology, system solutions, and qualification can be purposefully interconnected. At the centre is an integrated approach that supports the transition from a standalone machine to an entire ecosystem. At the same time, the systematic development of expertise and application competence on the customer side is intended to be further strengthened. In this way, Haitian International combines system integration and qualification into a robust framework for the further development of intelligent manufacturing structures.
