Handy simplicity

The range of Baruffaldi profile cutting devices is boosted with the arrival of the new MS100-CUT, a super-fast electro-mechanical shearing machine for inline vertical or inclined cutting of small and medium-sized technical profiles.
The machine can handle single or multi-strand extrusion set-ups, guaranteeing high-level performance at a limited cost. In fact, it was conceived using the same constructive concept of the Baruffaldi fast and accurate, servo-driven electro-mechanical punching machine, although MS100-CUT can cut different thermoplastics to length in a continuous cycle. For example, it can cut 1.5 mm thick profiles into lengths as short as 30 mm or as long as 1 m.
The main benefit of shearing lies in the cutting operation itself, clean and neat: the two parts are separated in one swipe, with no dust and no burrs.
In addition, the shearing machine is particularly suited to make angled cuts and chamfers, for all those applications in which it is necessary to create profiles for joints and edges for frames.
Equipped with universal infeed guides, once received the pulse from the encoder, MS100-CUT performs the cut in less than a second, and then discharges the product efficiently for final check on it and packaging. For profile changeover all that needs to be done, in a few minutes and with great ease, is to change the profile feed guide matrices, since also the blade remains the same.
