At K, Icma recycling and compounding technologies turn green and orange

Green and orange, the corporate colours of Icma San Giorgio, will identify the solutions that the company will be exhibiting at K 2022 for recycling and compounding, respectively.

In the green space Icma will unveil the innovative One-Step upcycling line for flexible packaging in its latest patented version where one co-rotating extruder can produce, at the highest productivity level, top quality recycled compounds with the best energy saving performances and with a minimal and easy-to-manage layout.

To maximize quality outcome even from the most challenging waste, Icma will propose a new approach and solutions applied to  established compounding/upcycling systems, like stripping, optimal design simulation and integration of devices. Icma’s most recent developments, including the Ecosheet turnkey line for direct extrusion/recycling will also be exhibited in this space.

In the orange space focus we will be on advanced compounding and direct extrusion in dynamic areas like engineering compound, TPE, HFFR, green polymers and other materials tied to megatrends, with the presentation of the latest lines installed.

Finally, the Italian manufacturer will invite and welcome, at its Innovation Centre, the many European start-ups and “Early-Stage” ventures that are developing new products and formulations and are looking for industrial infrastructure to bring their innovations to the market.
