Ceba Elettromeccanica joins the Union Group

The majority stake of Ceba Elettromeccanica, a company based in Magnago (Milan) specialising in the development and production of industrial automation, was sold to Union. Through this operation, the company from San Vittore Olona (Milan) further expands its assets, gaining additional skills that will make it possible to develop new technologies and offer adequate technical support service.

At the basis of this partnership there is a common desire to create a synergy allowing individual specialisations with the aim of bringing increasingly higher performance products to the international market. Ceba Elettromeccanica was founded in 1981 by Aleardo Ferrario, who will continue to operate actively in the company.
