For production of both traditional shopping bags and open-mouth bags, perforated to allow tear-off and packaged in rolls with or without a cardboard core, Mobert offers the Roller 110 SHP bagmaking machine. Using the simple control panel, the operator can select product type with changeover taking place immediately, without mechanical intervention, thanks to the patented cold-cutting system which, by simply turning off a heating element, makes it possible to go from dual to single welding.
Starting from a 1,700-mm motorized self-centring reel holder, with the cutting-welding-gusseting unit the machine works on 3 separated tracks with effective welding width of 1,100 mm.
This line is endowed with a new 3-track die-cutting system which, thanks to a particular cutting system without surface plate, simplifies its use by eliminating time-consuming mechanical settings during start-up and run. As in all Mobert models, the Roller SHP can also weld biodegradable films without need for any mechanical or electrical modifications.
