Four colourson 1,800 tons

A 1800 kW, four colour injection moulding machine manufactured by BMB has been installed in the moulding department of the Automotive Lighting facility in Tolmezzo, near Udine, Italy. With 1,800 ton clamping force and 4 position rotary table, this is the first machine by the Italian manufacturer installed in the processing department of the Friuli-based company. It is also the largest four-colour machine at the facility.
The result of the close collaboration between BMB and Automotive Lighting, this moulding machine presents innovative, technical solutions, developed based on real production needs and the past experiences of the two companies. The machine is easy to use and produced its first good pieces in little few than two shifts, guaranteeing repeatability and process stability.
