Improving the surface finish of the rotational mould

The new Flow Promoter by Chem-Trend improves the surface finish of articles made by rotational moulding, resulting in a more uniform, flawless finish. It enables the material to penetrate the challenging areas of the mould more easily and to adhere more solidly.
In rotational moulding, particularly in the production of irregular profile parts, there are often areas of the mould (curved or with particularly narrow points) into which it is difficult for the material to flow and adhere correctly, giving rise to so-called "spotting", irregularity in the wall thickness and even bubbles on the surface. Flow Promoter comes in a spray container and is sprayed on the mould to complement release. It creates a film that dries rapidly, reduces residues in the mould, and is not visible on the finished piece.
