Daverio family takes over the entire CMG-MAM
In July 2014 the Daverio family, founder of CMG (Cardano al Campo, near
Varese, Italy), bought the minority stake held by the private equity fund IGI.
By this operation the family Daverio now holds the entire share capital of
CMG-MAM Group, specialized in the design and manufacturing of blown film
extrusion lines. The leading position in the market acquired over the years,
the strength of its structure and the financial autonomy enjoyed by the company
allow the CMG-MAM Group to face positively the challenges of the market.
