Pilot plant in Leverkusen

OMS Group has been commissioned to build a pilot plant for continuous production of polyurethane panels for the Bayer MaterialScience R&D centre in Leverkusen. The 70-metre line can process formulations for panels with either metal or flexible substrates. The main components of the line are a multi-ingredient dosing unit, a dual conveyor belt, a cross-cut saw and a panel cooling system.
