A new weekly

Starting with issue number 941, published in early April, copies of the weekly political magazine Internazionale (distributed in Italy) are being delivered to subscribers in a biodegradable/compostable film made of Mater-Bi, a bioplastic created by Novamont in conformity to the European standard EN13432.
Novamont has established an agreement with Valota to provide the biomaterial, with which the latter produces the film on rolls ready for the packaging process. The prestigious magazine thus becomes the first broad circulation Italian publication to use biodegradable/compostable packaging.
