New general manager for Ceast

Stefano Vergano has been appointed new general manager of Ceast (Pianezza, Italya). The manager studied mechanical engineering at Politecnico of Turin and has subsequently worked for Prima Industrie (<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Italy) and in the European Research Centre of Amanda (Japan). He joined Ceast as technical director in September 2000 and has been responsible for the development of key product such as Fractovis Plus, Impactor II, Smart Rheo, 7028 Melt Flow Tester, Aloxide and many more. Since the acquisition of Ceast by the Instron division of ITW Test & Measurement Group, Stefano Vergano has been heavily involved in bringing the company products into the Instron business.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
