Japanese rubber.

Demand for rubber in Japan, boosted by the global economic recovery, has led to an increase in the county's imports of natural rubber.
According to RTAJ (Rubber Trade Association of Japan) statistics for 2010, the country imported 747,189 tons of natural rubber: +25% compared with 2009 (596,771 tons).
Japan's imports of natural rubber in December amounted to 58,488 tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 13%, but a drop of 7% from a month ago.
