EMS-Grivory increases PA capacity

EMS-Grivory, a business unit of EMS-Chemie, will increase its production capacity for Grivory HT high-performance polyamide. EMS-Grivory will further increase its capacity by constructing an additional manufacturing plant in Europe. Start-up of the new plant is planned for the end of 2010. Grivory HT belongs to the family of polyphthalamide (PPA) and technical injection-moulded parts made of this material are characterized by high strength, stiffness, toughness and dimensional stability, even at high temperatures, and under moist conditions or when exposed to aggressive media.
