CHT Group becomes stronger in silicones

CHT R. Beitlich, German producer of specialty chemicals, acquired 100% of the shares from the owners of Alpina Technische Produkte, which produces highly viscous silicone elastomers for various industrial applications. CHT R. Beitlich already owned CHT/BEZEMA, that in 2009 totaled 271 million euro. Thanks to this acquisition, CHT aims at widening its product range and entering new markets.
