Laboratory Press - Drive for compression moulding of thermoplastic products

The PressCheck - Dive Laboratory Press is the ideal solution for compression moulding of specimens and plates of thermoplastic products directly from pellet. With a clamping force of 25 t, a moulding area of 200x200 mm, and a working temperature of up to 300 °C, this machine is equipped with clamping pressure control and water platen cooling with settable gradient.

The control PLC, equipped with a Touch Screen panel, allows up to 40 moulding cycles to be programmed to define specifications for each type of product, including:
- product temperature and heating time before mould closure;
- force regulation during mould closing (optional);
- moulding time;
- platen cooling rate;
- final temperature of machine opening.

Stored moulding cycles can be recalled according to the product to be moulded, ensuring uniformity of specimen preparation conditions.

The optional Software Gibitre_Press allows moulding conditions to be stored for each product.

The press, manufactured entirely by Gibitre Instruments, is fully compliant with the requirements of ISO 293, which specifies how to adjust clamping force and temperature during moulding and cooling of platens, and is supplied with Calibration Report.
