Product expertise and attention to detail: the Moretto model at Plast 2026
The plastics processing industry is undergoing a profound phase of industrial renewal. Companies are being driven to manage energy resources and materials with great care, updating their production models to respond to a market that is increasingly demanding in terms of efficiency. In this context, investing in cutting-edge technologies is no longer merely a simple optimisation choice, but a forward-looking strategy capable of maximising production yield and minimising every form of waste. This is where Moretto comes into play, a leading company in systems for the treatment and processing of plastics. With 169 international patents, the company is recognised as a benchmark for sector innovation and for the research and development of advanced solutions.

At Plast 2026, the company from Massanzago, near Padua, is presenting important innovations in dehumidification technology, gravimetric dosing and material traceability. Among these, the four new models in the X Comb range – from 17 to 20 – stand out for their ultra-compact dimensions and a footprint of 0.6 square metres, combining functional and aesthetic innovation with high-quality performance; these solutions are ideal for the treatment of engineering polymers in production outputs of up to 60 kg per hour.
The Delphy manual control unit with RFID control ensures safety, precision and traceability in matching material and machine; in addition, the stainless-steel structure also ensures safe, contamination-free conveying. The DGM Gravix Mini batch gravimetric dosing unit is ideal for the micro-dosing of plastic materials in production outputs of up to 60 kg per hour, while the exclusive One Wire Plus conveying system automatically recognises and applies the parameters; once the source and destination are known, the system calculates the parameters independently of the distance and the quantity of material to be conveyed.
