New hyper-productive granulator

Satisfaction at Moretto for the results of the recent edition of Fakuma, where the Massanzago-based manufacturer launched the new Hyper Cut multi-blade starve-feeding granulator. This machine features low rotation speed (280 rpm) with a variable set-up suitable for grinding scrap, purge residues and blown bodies using 15 movable blades. The motor power is discharged to a single movable blade and three standard fixed blades. The result is a hyper-productive machine with reduced noise and dust emissions as well as low energy consumption.

The screen covers 160 degrees, contributing to the system's hyper-productivity, while its versatility is also the result of the rotor and cutting elements that can be configured according to different applications. Hyper Cut's open-rotor design allows excellent accessibility to the granulator’s internals. Thanks to the servo-assisted opening of the cutting chamber and hopper feeder, cleaning and maintenance operations are easy,  convenient and safe for the operator. All this without missing out on the machine’s robust construction.
