PET sheet extrusion lines in North America

Two lines for the extrusion of PET sheets destined for food packaging were recently delivered by Union to a North American processor. 

Both lines are able to reach output rates of up to 1,400 kg/h, guaranteeing the high quality of end products and responding to increasingly stringent market demands, in particular with regard to the use of post-consumer recycled materials and compliance with the key points of the circular economy. 

Thanks to the experience gained in the production of this type of lines, Union has been able to provide the processor with particularly innovative solutions with respect to the key concepts of standard flat head extrusion technologies, a sector where the company has achieved a leading position among the major operators currently active on international markets.
