Centre for thermal insulation

The new CeDePa (Centro de Desarollo del Panel en Continuo) centre inaugurated on July 6 in Tudela (Spain) is a joint initiative of the Italian Saip and Dow Chemical for industrial scale development of polyurethane thermal insulation panels via a continuous lamination process for use in the construction industry. Working in cooperation with R&D and technological centres, universities, certification institutes, etc., the activities of the centre will be focused on the development of innovative solutions for increasing energy savings in residential, industrial and commercial buildings through the use of polyurethane foam.
