Sacmi unveilstop-of-the-range productsat Chinaplas

At Chinaplas 2013 (Guangzhou, 20-23 May), Sacmi presents its top-of-the range models, from sealing caps production plants to vision systems, as well as the new IPS series and solutions under the Negri Bossi brand.
The CCM48 machine for the production of one-piece sealing caps for CSDs (Carbonated Soft Drinks), water, hot filling and CAF (Cold Aseptic Filling) applications can manufacture up to 1600 pieces per minute in only 48 cavities. The injection machine exhibited at the fair is equipped with a mould designed for the production of S29W-3 type sealing caps in HDPE with a diameter of 29 mm and a weight of 1.25 g. The Sacmi Automation & Inspection Systems division showcases a number of vision solutions, such as the CHS range for the quality control of capsules, specifically developed to ensure the accurate inspection of the inner and outer side of the sealing cap downstream of the compression and injection moulding lines.
Moreover, at its stand the company delivers detailed information about the new IPS220 injection machine for the production of preforms also equipped with a control software system for real-time process monitoring. Finally, Negri Bossi introduces  a comprehensive range of injection moulding and post-process solutions.
