Unicor purchases Canadian Adescor

On July 4 Unicor, the German manufacturer of corrugated pipe technology, has acquired majority ownership of Adescor, which is located in Exeter, Canada, and develops, builds and distributes downstream equipment for the production of corrugated pipes, like saws, cutters, bell in-line trimmers etc.
The two companies have worked together on the North American market for a long time. Through this operation Unicor extends its position and market proximity to its North American customers and plans to offer service and support from a North American base. The two companies will present together their products at the next K show in Düsseldorf.
