More recycling for Dentis

The Spanish firm PET Compania para su Reciclado based in Valencia was recently taken over by the Italian company Dentis, that then completely redesigned and renovated the plant for the recycling of post consumer PET bottles. The new facility was officially opened on October 21, 2013, in the presence of local authorities.
This is the most important plant in Spain for the recycling of polyethylene terephthalate, with a production capacity of 40,000 tpy of rPET flake. Thanks to the new operation in 2014 Dentis will produce a total of 65,000 tpy of rPET, 25,000 of which in Sant'Albano Stura (Cuneo, Italy), where it started production at the end of the 1980's.
