A Canbio ST to mark the manufacturer’s 70 years in business

By choosing to participate in the industry’s first 2017 fair, Interplastica, being held in Moscow from January 24 to 27, Negri Bossi confirms its interest in the Russian market.

The company will be exhibiting a 180-ton injection press from the Canbio ST line, featuring a Euromap 850 injection unit together with the new control system, Tactus. During the event, the machine will, in a cycle time of 25 seconds, mould a vintage-style handbag in polypropylene weighing 75 grams. Within the production range of this manufacturer, based in Cologno Monzese (near Milan), the Canbio ST line represents the right balance between performance, flexibility, accuracy and energy efficiency.

This year, 2017, brings the seventieth anniversary of the company’s establishment, and the item moulded and the looks of the press celebrate this important milestone. The machine on display will, in fact, be the first of the Canbio series to be delivered in this anniversary year, and it will be supplied to the same processor that, in 2016, took delivery of the five thousandth Canbio produced, which was also given a special design to mark the occasion.
