Acceptance test via streaming with Russia

A plant for the production of coextruded HDPE and PP plates destined for Sapt, a Russian processor based in Nizhni Novgorod, was recently tested at the BG Plast factory in Marnate (near Varese).

The manufacturer from Varese is particularly proud to have finished the plant more than a month in advance, despite the difficult situation caused by the current health emergency, since the Russian client placed the order at K 2019 and, according to the schedule agreed, the delivery was planned by the end of May.

The plant produces coextruded HDPE and PP plates with a useful width of 2000 mm and thickness of 20 mm at an output rate of 700 kg per hour. After eight hours of demonstration via streaming, the processor (whose fleet of machines includes two other similar systems supplied by BG Plast in 2016 and 2018) signed the final acceptance test certificate (FAT).
