X-series programming
The evolution of devices such as mobiles, tablets, and gaming consoles has modified the way an operator stands in front of a graphic interface and has also led to an evolution in the field of automated machines. In this scenario, Campetella Robotic Center, based in Montecassiano (Macerata, Italy), has developed a new interface available on its X-series robot, taking into account the peculiarity of the plastics industry.
In addition to the typical interface characteristics – diagnosis tools, file management, language change – the Campetella HMI (Human Machine Interface) features a tool to implement a pick-and-place program (with or without pallets) in only a few seconds.
Once the base program is implemented, the operator has only to run it, test it and adjust the positions via the Teach-in (move axes and learn the new position) technique. Moreover the Campetella interface has a range of logic functions for implementing more sophisticated work programs and all the macros for an intuitive and safe interface according to Euromap recommendations 12 and 67.
