Multiple drives
TPD-M is a servo-drive particularly suitable for centralized automation, as in plastic packaging production, where several drives are often required.
The incorporation of three drives into a single module saves weight and space in the control panels. The drive runs on common DC bus, which permits to the system to absorb energy and save costs for components since only one filter and one braking resistor are needed for each power pack rather than an element for each drive.
The use of the TPD-M, manufactured by Parker Hannifin, also reduces system complexity and programming time while improving safety characteristics and reducing need for maintenance.
