High speed bags

The Flowertop bag-making machine presented by Cibra Nova, based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (Milan), at PLAST 2012, can produce conical bags in PE, PP, BOPP and biodegradable films. This high-speed line produces conical or triangular bags and stacks them in pre-counted packs, performing all three accessories operations: flap pre-cut, bottom sealing, and 3 hot punched holes to hang the ready-to-use packs on conveyor belts.
The bags can be up to 115 cm long and the packs exit the machine separated from one another. The machine carries out head locking in-line with one, two, or three hot punches. Film movement is controlled by an automatic  tensioning system.
