My cores

A plant for producing patented MyCore reel cores made of 100% recycled plastics addressed to film producers has been developed by Colines, headquartered in Nibbia, near Novara (Italy). The extrusion process at 200°C makes the cores aseptic and resistant to moisture, moulds and other fungi, etc. and is thus suitable for use, for example, in agriculture. The plant has an output of 120 kg/h, which means a 10 m/min speed to obtain cores with inner and outer diameter from 50 to 76 mm and 60 to 95 mm respectively, and a length in accordance with the application.
