Canadian Triennale

The Canadian plastics and rubber show, Plast-Ex, held every three years, opened yesterday, June 21, in the Toronto convention centre and will continue through June 23. A number of Italian machinery manufacturers are participating in the event via a meeting point organized by Assocomaplast (Italian Plastics and Rubber Processing Machinery and Moulds Manufacturers' Association). The show is being held concurrently with 5 other small fairs dedicated to various market sectors. This year's Plast-ex will also feature several technological seminars and the annual assembly of the Canadian Plastics Industry Association.
The Canadian market ranks 21st among destination markets for Italian plastics and rubber machinery exports.
