Coim closes the acquisition of Enser

The Italian company Coim has announced that it has perfected the acquisition of Enser, a chemical distribution company located in Istanbul (Turkey). Enser had been distributing some of Coim’s product lines in Turkey for over twenty years. Erkan Sezer, a former shareholder of Enser, has been appointed as general manager of the newly established Coim Turkey. “Turkey and countries in the proximity are increasingly important markets for us. This acquisition is an initial step to improve the service to our customers as well as supporting our specialized distributors in Turkey’’, said Lucio Siano, CEO of Coim.
