Four lines for pipes supplied in Mauritania

By delivering four extrusion lines for polyethylene pipes to an important Mauritanian converter, Tecnomatic increases its presence in the Sub-Saharan African markets. This new project confirms and continues the good work performed by the company in the area, with important installations in Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, South Africa and Ethiopia.

In order to establish constant and professional partnerships in these markets, a strong focus has been placed on developing technical solutions increasing the reliability of the plants even under harsh conditions, while ensuring excellent performances and high- quality production.

The pipe manufacturing lines, featuring diameters up to 400 mm, are equipped with Vega extruders with an L/D ratio of 37, as well as with Venus die-heads, while the synchronization with advanced gravimetric systems guarantees a continuous feeding and a perfect control of the pipes weight per meter.
