Welding line for doypack bags
The SA-V line for the 4-track production of "doypack" bags with 3 bottom gussets was recently exhibited by Elba at the Interpack fair (Düsseldorf, May 4-10). This range of welders, the pride of this manufacturer from Magnago (Milan), is designed and manufactured to produce pre-made bags at high speed and in a versatile fashion, and it is therefore bound to appeal to users.
The SA-V line is fully equipped with Siemens components and, thanks to a last-generation HMI based on Profinet, currently one of the most advanced, high-performance communication protocols, it is able to control individually, and in real time, all the accessories with which it is equipped.
In accordance with the modular and flexible engineering philosophy that is the basis of all Elba machines, each accessory is servo-driven and, therefore, independent. This allows each processor to configure the machine according to its specific needs and to update it according to future needs without distorting the initial architecture.
