Custom-made extrusion lines for flexible hoses and profiles

Founded in 1977, Officina Meccanica Carlassara, which until the nineties has provided a mostly local market with a production for third parties, has had a very important change with the entry into the company of the actual owner Luigi Carlassara, who has introduced and approached to the existing business the production of extrusion lines for plastic, and which today represents the core-business of the company. Presented at Plast 2018, Carlassara brand machinery includes pieces which are unique on the market, as they are specifically designed and built according to customer needs. They are sold both in Italy and especially abroad. What makes the lines produced unique is the ability of designers and technicians of the company to build machinery starting from the idea of the customer of how the final product should be. Starting from that request they make studies, drawings, projects and build the extrusion line, which is obviously different from all other machineries on the market. The peculiarity of the company is the particular harmony of the team, who works with great passion and trained on the field. This is true especially for the technical staff, and this factor has allowed the company to adapt to the new 4.0 industrial revolution. All 4.0 machines are entirely studied, designed and produced inside the company and can be used in the most varied sectors, such as medical and industrial, for the production for example of flexible spiral hoses in PVC, flexible air duct in TPU, monolayer pneumatic hoses in PU and PA6, braided hoses in PVC and PU, garden hoses, small rigid and soft profiles and small PVC, PS, PP sheets. Like all other parts of the line, also the software is completely created inside the company according to customer needs, providing all functions requested for 4.0 certification, other than others which can be requested ad hoc by the user. The different functions, listed below, can be customized according to customer needs. All the machines are equipped with PLC and drive controllers of the latest generation with high performance and efficiency. Greater efficiency is ensured by innovative components, for a simple working and a safe commissioning and startup, from the diagnostics functions of the system status that can be easily configured and interfaced. Each machinery is equipped with panels for the worker of simple use with advanced features to facilitate work for operators. Particularly appreciated by the customers is the service of remote assistance smart access.
