A strategic partnership for top-quality extruded parts

Loyal to its mission, which for over 70 years has been leading it to work alongside plastics converting companies helping them manufacture increasingly high quality products, Bausano recently formalised a strategic partnership with Resysta International, a German company which patented Resysta, a material that, produced starting from rice husk, represents a sustainable alternative to wood in polymeric compounds.

This partnership is a very important goal for both companies. On the one hand, the excellent quality of the material makes it possible to obtain profiles and sheets featuring high resistance levels and, more generally, perfectly matching the production requirements. On the other hand, Bausano extrusion systems are able to process Resysta granules perfectly, thanks to screws, the heart of the extrusion process, specifically designed to mix several formulations, with the aim of obtaining extruded products of excellent quality with no defects.
