Partnership between Italtech and Windsor Machines

After the rumors circulated in recent days, a partnership seems now to materialize between Italtech and Windsor Machines, an Indian manufacturer of plastic processing machinery. For this purpose a joint venture - named Wintech Srl - is being established with 80% of shares under the control of the Dutch branch of Windsor Machines and the remaining 20% controlled by Geoplast, a company of the Pegoraro family, the current owners of Italtech. Not surprisingly, the operation would allow Windsor Machines not only to broaden its product range, but also to enter the list of suppliers of large automakers that are starting up operations in India.
