Compact cast plantsfrom Dolci

After the market success of the new generation Multiwind winders developed by Dolci Extrusion for the production of hand rolls, machine rolls and jumbo rolls, the Italian manufacturer proposes a new series of compact 1500 and 3000 mm lines for flat stretch films incorporating a single or a twin 1500 mm wide winder. The winders have been studied to produce thin gauge films at a throughput speed exceeding 650 metres per minute.
The compact 1500 mm wide lines in 3 and 5 layer configurations, in particular, are available in 5 different models for net output rates starting from 750 up to 1100 kg/h. The range, offered at a competitive price, has been specially developed for customers that want to start their own production of stretch film.
New extruders with longer L/D ratio for screws are available, while in-line recycling can be offered with forced feeder system, a side "intruder" or - only on 3 meter wide lines – with separate recycling grinder.
