10-position decorating system for closures

A world-scale manufacturers of silk-screen, dry-offset and hot-stamping machines, Moss exhibits the MO 2610 dry-offset printing machine at Plast 2015 (stand B 52, hall 22). Developed initially for decorating the side walls of aluminium closures, the machine can reach a production capacity of 300 parts per minute and features a 10-position intermittent turret and a 4-colour printing head with overprinting lacquering unit. The final drying and the control of all machine functions are carried out by a high-temperature gas-fed thermal dryer and a HMI with Bus Field digital system, respectively.

The MO 2616 model of this machine has 16 positions and is suitable for decorating side walls of plastics closures or small cylindrical articles. It can reach a production capacity of 350 parts per minute and features a UV ray drying system.
