Between present and future

2019 has been an exceptional year for Promixon, under different points of view.

 

First of all the number of orders has still increased, reaching incredible numbers, given by always new customers that come alongside with the old and loyal customers, who confirm their trust in Promixon with new orders.

 

Then, the young Italian company has seen the team becoming bigger, with new enthusiastic people sharing the vision and mission of Promixon, in order to give customers always high-quality products and high-skilled service.

 

These are the main values for Promixon, that make the difference: products and people.

 

Investing in people was one of the key elements in the initial phase: now after six years, it is still so an important item, maybe one of the leading points. Even if Promixon is now a well-known brand, it is always difficult, but not impossible, to continue growing up our company. To succeed in this task we have focused a lot on people of great competence and on human relationships. “It was not just me who got back in the game - says Marco Marinello, CEO of Promixon - but also the professionals who chose to join PROMIXON, giving us confidence by developing a product that is proving to be successful in terms of performance. This trust is also coming from the customers I met during my career, thanks above all to the excellent relationship that has been created over time”.

 

Promixon believes that people are the determining factor in any business relationship. Whatever the product or service, it is always people who initiate a collaboration. Of course, the structure is fundamental for having the ability to deliver a product or guarantee a service in an efficient way, but each work cycle starts with a contact between people. We can say that trust in Promixon has so far been well placed: we have kept our promises when it was difficult to know what was waiting for us. And in this period, orders are coming not only from well-established customers but also from those who initially showed themselves to be more cautious.

 

The future, in particular next year, will see Promixon engaged in the launch of an improved product amongst those already present, in order to give always more performing solutions, with a keen eye to guarantee a high quality/price ratio.
